Enrolment & Refund Policy
AVM Timor-Leste
AVM Timor-Leste provides vocational education and training programs designed to support skills development and employment opportunities. The following terms apply to student enrolment and course participation.
Enrolment
Students wishing to enrol in a course must complete the required application or enrolment process and provide all necessary documentation as requested by AVM Timor-Leste.
Submission of an application does not guarantee enrolment. Admission may be subject to:
- Course availability
- Entry requirements
- Language or academic requirements
- Administrative approval
AVM Timor-Leste reserves the right to accept or decline enrolment applications.
Course Fees
Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated during the enrolment process.
Failure to make payments within the required timeframe may result in:
- Suspension of training access
- Cancellation of enrolment
Course fees may include tuition, training materials, or administrative charges depending on the program.
Course Changes
AVM Timor-Leste reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course schedules, trainers, delivery modes, or course content when necessary.
Such changes will be communicated to students in advance wherever possible.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the stage of enrolment and participation.
General guidelines include:
Full Refund
A full refund may be issued if:
- A course is cancelled by AVM Timor-Leste
- A student withdraws before the course commencement date
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be considered if a student withdraws after course commencement but before significant course delivery has occurred.
No Refund
Refunds may not be granted if:
- A student withdraws after completing a substantial portion of the course
- A student is removed due to misconduct or breach of policies
Refund decisions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend scheduled training sessions
- Complete assessments and learning activities
- Maintain respectful behaviour toward trainers and other participants
- Follow organisational policies and guidelines
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect course participation.
